Hi...
I m pranesh . ..
for the 14 i think its a. coz integers less than 100 includes necative integers. if v account these it ll be greater than 100.

for the 9th if v assume one yr ago as last yr v get 360.

pl correct me if i m wrong

Jay :

Procedure for question 9

Suppose there were F workers

one year ago thre were (1/4)F of architects..

Now 60 added so thre r in all F+60 workers now ...

Now out of this 60 thre 50 Architects.....

So total architects r (1/4)F+50
and last line says that there r (1/3) of total workers which are F+60

so (1/4)F +50 = (1/3)(F+60)

THIS BRINGS f= 360

clarification for Que 4....

If A completes in 12 hours. Then in 8 hour he will complete 2/3 of his work. rest of 1/3 third will be done by B. Now if B is doing 1/3 Job in 8 hours then he will complete the job separately in 8 * 3= 24 hours

13.) There are 35 females in a club having average of their age as 'f' and there are 45 males in a club having average of their age as 'm'. If 'f' is greater than 'm', then
Col A: Average age of all 80 members
col b: (f+m)/2

Ans : B... because normal mean will be(35f+45m)/80 (less weighted of greater value 'f') , which will always be less than (f+m)/2
